Our product requires storage at -18°C and has a shelf life of 12 months. The production date and shelf life will be clearly marked on the outer packaging.

What shipping methods are supported? What is the delivery range?

Our products are shipped via full cold chain logistics; Domestic market: Products are shipped from Zhengzhou and can reach provincial capitals, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and some prefecture-level cities nationwide via cold chain logistics. We have distribution warehouses in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, etc., covering surrounding areas; International market: The company exports from Qingdao, Shanghai, Weifang, Lianyungang, etc., to all over the world.

Chilled Noodles do not require thawing; simply add them to boiling water. Frozen Noodles and Handmade Noodles may require thawing depending on the package instructions; some products may need to be thawed beforehand.

Most frozen cooked noodles are 80% cooked. For regular noodles, cook in boiling water for 40-50 seconds. Wider noodles require 90-120 seconds. Adjust cooking time according to personal preference.
