2012
March: Established the "Choose Legend" brand and founded Henan Choose Legend Food Co., Ltd.;
July: The first package of Chilled Noodles came off the production line;
September 16: The knife-shaved noodles developed for Ali Tomato Sauce Noodles passed the acceptance test.
2015
In July, successful partnerships were established with Weifang Shanxi Thirteen Catering Management Company and Goldman Sachs Group (Shanghai) Company.
In August, a successful partnership was established with Yuanji Meat Sandwich.
2016
June: Successfully signed contracts with Suhai Supply Chain companies in Wuxi, Zhengzhou, and Tianjin.
July: Successfully partnered with Feihong Roujiamo.
2017
In June, a successful partnership was established with Nantong Hefu Laomian Catering Management Company.
In July, a successful partnership was established with Weijia Liangpi.
2018
In July, Choose Legend Food Co., Ltd. of Henan Province settled in Zhongpin Industrial Park; In August, a successful partnership was established with Shanghai Axang Catering Management Company; In September, a successful partnership was established with Qinjin Flavors.
2021
In March, we purchased over 40 mu of land in Xinzheng Industrial Park, Henan Province, to establish our own factory, with a designed annual production capacity of 25,000 tons.
2023
In April, the construction of the second factory building was completed and put into production. We now have 6 production lines with an annual output of 36,000 tons.
2024
In July, successfully signed contracts with Xibei Catering Management Company and Guoquan Catering Supply Chain Company.
In August, after the first export to the United States, subsequent exports were made to Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
