Accumulating bit by bit, innovating in variety
Choose Legend's founder and core team have been deeply involved in the noodle-making industry for 30 years, possessing a unique understanding and knowledge of noodle ingredients and flavors. In July 2012, they established a frozen noodle category in China. To date, they have developed three major product series (Chilled Noodles, Frozen Noodles, Handmade Noodles), covering a variety of frozen noodle types. In 2025, they participated in the development of frozen noodle standards led by Jiangnan University.
Ingenious R&D, intelligent and leading innovation
Choose Legend has a professional R&D team of 15 people, 12 of whom have bachelor's degrees. Team members possess solid professional theoretical foundations and practical abilities, focusing on new product development, production process innovation, quality improvement, and the research and application of nutritional and health trends. To date, they have obtained 4 national patent technologies, redefining the standards for frozen noodle processing.
Deep integration of industry, academia, and research, cultivating a new journey together
Choose Legend actively promotes the deep integration of "industry, academia, and research," establishing close university-enterprise cooperation relationships with well-known domestic food science universities such as Jiangnan University, Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, and Henan University of Technology. Through the co-construction of R&D platforms, joint technological breakthroughs, and talent cultivation, they have achieved the sharing of resources between universities and enterprises, jointly promoting the development of the frozen noodle industry.
